Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races returns in June

The Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races will return to Victoria Harbor on June 24 to 25 after a four-year hiatus, the Tourism Board announced Tuesday.
All international races, including the open championship, mixed championship, and women’s championship, are free of charge for non-local teams, as well as the fancy dress championship.
For local races, the three championships and the banking championship will charge each team HK$4,000.
Meanwhile, the youth championship cum HK China Dragon Boat Association Chairman Shield will cost youth teams aged 24 or below HK$2,000.
Online registration for dragon boat teams will be open from 10am on March 20 to 11.59pm on April 3, 2023 (Hong Kong time, GMT+8).
The two-day event will be packed with an array of intense races to fill Victoria Harbor, and fans can cheer paddlers on to the finish line from the Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade.
